Your pressure, in five levels
Choose a level before you begin. You can change it at any moment, just with a word.
- Soft. Light, flowing contact. For post-flight recovery, sensitive or sunburned skin, and nervous first-timers.
- Soft to Medium. A gentle sinking into the muscle. Comfort over intensity — the usual start for relaxation.
- Medium. Clear, deliberate pressure. The starting point most guests choose on a first visit.
- Medium to Strong. Sustained, deep work into knotted tissue. For athletes and experienced guests.
- Strong. Maximum controlled force, used on selected zones only — never across the whole body.
